1. Who we are and your agreement
Huddled is provided by Callo Apps LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17194575), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA (“Callo Apps”, “we”, “us”). Huddled is a private, shared media space where invited people upload photos, videos, and files and interact in real time (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Huddled, and at least 16 in the United Kingdom, the EEA, and other regions where a higher age applies. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must also be able to form a binding contract.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@huddled.cloud if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. The Service and plans
Huddled offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Team) with different limits and features. We may change, add, or remove features over time. Plan limits (such as storage, members per Space, and video length) are described in the app and enforced by the Service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transcode, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the members of your spaces. You are responsible for your content and for having the necessary rights and permissions in it, including the rights of anyone appearing in it and the people you invite.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Huddled to store, share, or transmit content or conduct that:
- is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates others’ privacy or rights;
- constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits or endangers minors — we have zero tolerance for this and will remove it, terminate accounts, and report it to the authorities;
- contains malware, or attempts to distribute executable or scripted files that our safety checks prohibit;
- attempts to breach, probe, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security; or
- abuses our API, rate limits, or automated access.
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach these Terms.
7. Sharing, invites, and guests
You control who can access your spaces through invites, roles, and share links. If you enable guest access, unauthenticated visitors may join a space with a display name; guest uploads are held for administrator review before becoming visible. You are responsible for how you configure sharing and for the people you allow in.
8. Payments, subscriptions, and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis (Team is billed per seat) through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and may be exclusive of taxes, which are added as required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Your spaces and media remain viewable on the Free plan afterward, subject to Free-plan limits.
Refunds. If you’re charged in error or are unhappy, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll work with you on a refund of the most recent payment where appropriate. Statutory rights (including any local consumer/withdrawal rights) are unaffected.
How to request a refund. Email support@huddled.cloud with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days.
9. Developer platform and API
If you use our REST API or Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, you must keep your API keys and OAuth tokens secure and use them only within the scopes and rate limits granted. You are responsible for actions taken with your keys or by agents you authorise. We may revoke keys or tokens and suspend access that we reasonably believe is insecure, abusive, or in breach of these Terms.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service itself — including the Huddled software, design, and trademarks — belongs to Callo Apps and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or software except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (for example authentication, payments, hosting, storage, and email), and you may choose to connect third-party integrations. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Huddled and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, to protect the Service or other users, or where required by law. Some obligations (such as those on content licences already granted to others’ shared spaces, payment, and liability) survive termination.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or £100.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Callo Apps against claims, losses, and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence and to rely on mandatory local consumer protections.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in-app or by email and update the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
